Job Description
To build planograms for range changes that are exciting yet logical to customers and easy to
implement for colleagues
Build planograms which adhere to the Display Rules and meet level run down targets thus
supporting our customer promise ‘I can get what I want’
Maximise the use of shelf ready packaging so displays are efficient for store colleagues
(leadership)
Minimise air gaps
Minimise over- facing to ensure we achieve our known loss targets
Physically build displays in the Display Centre for all major range changes
Update and maintain planograms for all minor, essential range changes so that we strive
to do our very best for customers and stores
Establish an effective working relationship with Commercial, Supply Chain and Support
Office (good communication skills)
Ensure all TD lines are removed from planograms
Deliver planograms on time and which can be implemented first time in store
Support the production of the store’s communication packs for major range changes
Check that the range and planogram match for every range change
All product dimensions are measured accurately
