URGENCY: - That I’m seeking urgent relief of ‘STAY’ on the acquisition

proceeding which has been initiated under the Land Acquisition Act of 1894

after ‘it’s Repeal’ more specifically by issuing a Notification u/s 4 in the year

2014; after the commencement of the Right to Fair Compensation and

Transparency in Land Acquisition of 2013 and since the same has also been

declared after 'Statutory Lapse' of acquisition proceeding u/s 25 of the act of

2013; hence it is patently illegal, void-ab-initio and unconstitutional and the

entire acquisition proceeding initiated under the old act.

That once the possession of the land vests in the State, based on the

aforesaid acquisition proceeding which has ‘Lapsed’, the same will be in

prejudice to the rights of the petitioners, Hence, it is humbly prayed that the

Writ Petition bearing stamp no. 1590 of 2023 be placed for ‘Urgent Hearing’
