FATHER'S NAME IN RECORD OF RIGHTS OF DEH RAIN

Reference: Your good office letter No. Asstt/-281 dated 14-03-2023 on the subject
noted above .

It is submitted that applicant Ghulam Hyder in his application has stated

that his grandfather's actual name is Ghulam Hyder but in Record of Rights his name

appearing Ghulam Hussain. Therefore, he has requested that necessary correction of his

grandfather's name may be made in Record of Rights.

On receiving of application, ST/ Tapedar of the beat was directed to examine

the Record of Rights and report facts, who after scrutiny or relevant Record and recording

statement of two notables of the locality namely (i) Ali Muhammad S/o Khan Muhammad

(ii) Muhammad Uris S/o Allah Bachayo Talpur both R/o Village Heiro Khan Talpur taluka

Matli has reported that as per statement of local persons the name of applicant's grandfather is

Ghulam Hyder. S/T Tapedar further reported that as per entry No. 48 dated 06-11-1989 of

VF.VII-B, deh Rain Survey No. 19 area 8-05 acres stands entered in the names of following

Khatedars.

i) Haji Abdullah Ghulam Hussain .................Share............... 00-67 Paisas.

ii) Khuda Bux S/o Ghulam Hussain ................Share................00-33 paisas.

1-00 rupee
The above mentioned entry No. 19 is based on T.O form .

Spot Position:-
i) The legal heirs of Khuda Bux are in possession of above mentioned land.
Copy of relevant entry along with its enclosures is enclosed herewith.
