1. Justin is a wholesaler while Taylor runs a grocery shop. Taylor bought stocks for his shop from
Justin. What kind relationship exist between Justin and Taylor and what is the law that governs their
relationships?
-Seller and buyer relationship / contractual relationship, contract law

2. Mickey arrives at Hotel Disney. Once he steps in the lobby area, he slips and falls as the floor is wet
and slippery. There is no warning sign cautioning that the floor is wet. Because of the fall, Mickey
sustains severe injuries, and he now wants to commence a legal action against the Hotel.

Mickey seeks your advice as to what law is applicable to the above situation.

3. (Tom was driving his car under alcohol influence. Suddenly Tom knocked into Brad’s car and caused
injury to Angelina.) 1 (A fight broke up between Tom and Brad. Tom tried to punch Brad but he
missed.)2 Brad then grabbed an iron bar from the damaged car and hit Tom with it. Tom tried to stop
the iron bar using his hand and broke his arm.

5. James and Jessie are partners of the Team Rocket Co., which is a detective agency. Prof Oak, a
University Professor, hires both James and Jessie to monitor his ex-wife, Serena’s movement secretly.
One day, when Serena was at home, James and Jessie sneaked into Serena’s house compound in order
to monitor and take photos of her movement at home. Suddenly, Serena came out from her house and
saw both James and Jessie, holding cameras and hiding behind the trees in her garden. Serena got
shocked and she called the police.

6. Jacky ordered a bowl of pumpkin soup from ‘Secret Recipe’. When Jacky was about to finish the
soup and he found a cockroach at the bottom of the soup. After he went back home, he started to feel
