100% counting accuracy for tablets and capsules into bottles

The machine CH1 single module with one counting head (in its automatic configuration)
can reach a production speed of about 40 bottles/minute on counting 30/50 tablets per
bottle.
The machine uses only one vision counting unit, which is composed by two video cameras:
one dedicated for the gross channel and the second one dedicated for the 2 fine channels.
Following the workflow, through one distribution and filling unit the tablets or capsules are
counted and released into a bottle by means of a single funnel.
