ARCHITECT’S FEE
The fee calculation for the project will begin once the service term agreement for the
Interior Fit-out development commission has been settled. Consultation sessions will be
charged at ₱600 per hour, with a maximum duration of 6 hours per session, totaling ₱3,600
per day. Revisions to plans will incur a fee ranging from ₱600 to ₱2,000, depending on the
complexity of changes.
Consultation sessions will be scheduled with specific dates, times, and locations, requiring
the owner/client's attendance for a minimum of 5 sessions at the standard rate. Any
sessions beyond this will be charged at ₱600 per hour, with an additional ₱200 per hour,
totaling ₱800 pesos.
External services such as visual presentations and meetings will incur separate fees ranging
from ₱1,500 to ₱5,500, depending on the difficulty, with the possibility of adjustment based
on nature and future trends.
During each session, the owner/client will choose interior design aspects for their project.
The architect will provide viewpoints, recommendations, and assistance, along with specific
templates, design elements, and material samples to highlight desired features.
