Although the Foundation has given you several chances to nominate any other qualified successor, you have failed to do so. 2. As per Foundation policy, government employee cannot be the SEF Partner, the Foundation cannot continue the partnership contract. ‘Therefore, the contract signed between SI: and Mr. Farhan Udhejo will stand terminated/elosed on July 1, 2023. 3. It is pertinent to state that the Foundation has cleared all liabilities during the contract period i.e. till June 30, 2023 4. Upon closure/termination of the contract, you are required to issue School Leaving Conti es to all enrolled students, so that they can continue their studies. 5. Moreover, you are directed to submit all accounts-related documents/vouchers to District Head, Badin for financial reconciliation on or before October 15, 2023.
