    2. OPENING LAW OFFICE – finding an ideal law office, formulating filing system,
    how to fix payment, dealing clients, sustaining law practice, specialization, good
    customer service.

    4. TASK OR RESPONSIBILITIES OF LAWYERS - income generation – ex. Give


    advises, reconciliation, mediation, drafting of document such affidavit, litigation,
    financing, property management, execution, executor or trustee of a client.
    REMINDER: 1. Submission of reports for printed is every Friday (a4, doc) 2. Prepare
    your reports in ppt and word 3. 100 CASE DIGEST (LATEST CASES) be submitted
    at the end of the semester.
