Only recently formally established, The Pintus Group (the “Firm”), was formed for the express purpose of
melding the expertise of its principals and several other senior staff persons having complimentary
disciplines. It is a full service global investment and merchant bank, offering specialized corporate finance

Our Business
The Firm engages in all forms of financial transactions, including, but not limited to capital-raising
transactions by direct investment in both public and private companies and by providing strategic services to
those companies on a joint venture basis. This permits its clientele to execute their pre-planned growth
strategy and provides them with lateral financial support, by direct injection of additional capital or by the
arrangement of credit lines, subject to the ability of the client to service such debt.

The Firm will also render material assistance to those clients having sufficient liquidity who are seeking to
invest or deal in physical commodities or seeking to participate in bank managed purchases and sales of
financial instruments. For high net worth individuals, trusts and other entities desiring to fund humanitarian
projects worldwide the Firm can, subject to qualification and acceptance, provide access to certain
international managed buy/sell programs of financial instruments. A qualifying client must have a
humanitarian project to which it is committed or the Firm can help the Client establish or joint venture with an
existing humanitarian project.

Preparation and Marketing

The Firm works with clients to identify appropriate financing sources and present borrowing requirements to
debt sources in the most appropriate and professional manner. In addition to providing direct financing to its
client, in certain circumstances the size of the financing may require outside participation. The Firm has
access to a broad range of financing sources and maintains a proprietary database of funding sources, and

Fairness Opinions

Over the past years, the Firm’s principals and senior staff have established a reputation in the financial and
legal community for the issuance of thorough and unbiased fairness opinions.

Given recent regulations and growing concerns regarding potential conflicts of interests between a company
and its shareholders, a fairness opinion serves to mitigate the possible risks and associated litigation. A
fairness opinion from a qualified and independent financial consultant such as The Pintus Group is one of the
most effective risk management tools available to assure that sound business judgment has been exercised
in varying types of corporate transactions. The Firm provides fairness opinions and analyses to boards of
directors, independent committees of boards of directors and shareholders. In addition, the firm provides

at the Quirinal in Rome, Italy.

He has been awarded honours and merits from the following governments and organizations: The
Vatican; The Italian government (military and civilian); Malta; San Marino; Honduras; Albania; Kosovo;
NATO; Benin (Humanitarian aid health, education and housing); Iraq (post Saddam Hussein humanitarian
efforts) - Certificate of outstanding service to the government of Iraq in 2009-10 for the provision of
humanitarian aid for health care and education.

He studied engineering of industrial technologies and completed the training process c/o different schools
of management, including that of Olivetti International Education Centre in Haslemere (London) achieving
different specializations from telecommunications, factory automation, shipbuilding and oil bases
automation, sustainable health care and sustainable economic development.
His attention to an epistemology which is critical, and not detached from the world of mathematics and the
real economy is the hallmark of his scientific career and vocational education in various branches.
The study of nonlinear dynamics has addressed to the archipelago of complexity. In particular, studies of
symbolic cognitive models and sub-symbolic, from the old paradigm of artificial neural networks, small-
world networks and finally to social networks and network operation centres’, have played a key role
towards building a scenario centered on post-cognitive notions of intrinsic and emergency opening logic.
In applying this approach to economic development studies and coined the terms of Brainware network and
primordial broth of economic life among serendipity and ubiquity of the critical state and receiving critical
acclaim and approval from the academic world pertaining to systemic and well-known center for
government development Economic.
From the above analysis has revealed a new concept of economic development between local economic
development and social cohesion by focusing on the RES (renewable energy sources) following the way of

Born in Rescaldina (Milan) on 23/07/1958

After completing his studies in architecture, in 1979 he entered into his father company, the Group Monti
Spa, as Manager and Coordinator with the responsibility of managing the national sales net- work.

In 1990 he left his father’s business and established four real estate companies acting as their owner and
CEO, dealing mainly with the buy and sell of real estate properties all over Europe.

Due to his business relationship, on 2006 he began his career in the financial world and on 2010 he started
to act as Director of The Pintus Group.

Personal skills: strong experience in work groups managing and motivating.

Now he is CEO of Primeflife Investments, S.L. (Spain – ES) and General Manager of Dolomiti Residence
S.r.l. (Trentino Alto Adige – IT) founded by him in 2012 with Mrs. Sharon Ruggiero and Mr. Alberto Lorenzi

Born in India (Delhi) in the year 1975, after completing his high school, along with perusing his Bachelors
degree, in 1993 he took up a job in his Father’s clothing company as a trainee in the marketing wing.

In the year 1995, when the group diversified their business interests, he was appointed as a Marketing
Director of a new company working in the field of Electronic Media. During this period the company offered
post production facilities to well renowned media personalities and houses in India.
Besides offering post production facilities, the company also produced news & current affairs, sports
and social development program software for the Indian public broadcaster and various ministries of the
Government of India.

From the year 2002-2006, due to his business relationship in the corporate and government sector, he was
appointed as Director Marketing and Sales, to set up operations and network for the group’s new company
in the IT field, during which the company also took up the marketing rights of another company’s product
under a profit sharing agreement for marketing their translator software and an e-learning portal.

From 2006-2011 due to his extensive domestic and international business relationship, he began his career
in the commodities and financial field and dealt with a few well renowned companies worldwide.

In 2011, his Father’s company diversified and floated a dedicated financial firm “ Vaamaa Forex Services
Private Limited” offering financial consultancy services for aspiring project owners seeking innovative
project financing solutions, in which he was appointed as Director Finance and Marketing.

From October 2012 he started to act as Country Head Director – India – The Pintus Group.

2000. This is the company where I picked up the basics of finance and construction field along with Real
Estate.
Though it was office based, here I was trained from the accounts department to legal department and being
a quick learner, I had all the privilege of learning the basic of finalizing the deal from every department.
Duties Reporting directly to Managing director and the Chairman of the company. Maintained all his
personal records and constantly in touch with all his personal clients to make sure that new sales was
never a problem. Maximizing company performance through delivering an exceptional customer
experience, people management. Developing and maintaining efficient effective reporting systems for
tracking prospects from initial enquiry through to close. Identifying and developing sustainable relationships
with key accounts at both strategic and tactical level. Recruiting, training and developing trainees for most

Having always had a great inclination for languages, she got the high school diploma at Languages High
School Bertrand Russell in Cles (Trento - IT).

In 2011 - she started to work for a real estate agency in Legnano (Milan) where she dealed with real estate
not only for the agency but also for The Pintus Group LLC.

Work experience:

From 2012 to 2013 - she joined effectively The Pintus Group LLC as Director and Management Assistant.
In the same year she set up the real estate and tourism promoting company Dolomiti Residence srl located
in Val di Non - Trentino - acting as CEO together with Mr. Alberto Lorenzi and Mr. Antonio Monti as General
Manager. She manages 50 % of the Company on behalf of The Pintus Group LLC and in particular on
behalf of Dr. Curio Pintus. She also entered personally with a 25 % in Primeflife Investments, S.L. a real
estate spanish Company founded by Mr. Antonio Monti in Barcelona, of which she manages 50 % on behalf

She began her banking experience with Standard Savings Bank in 1981 and was promoted up to the
Branch manager and loan officer.

After Standard Savings she went to Chase Manhattan Bank Merrill Lynch and Union Bancaire Privee (HK)
between 1988 – 2000 as a Private Banker and Vice President.

In 2000, She opened her own business in NYC. The company’s main focus was to consult with clients in
credit consolidation programs. She was responsible for the complete operations of this company including
all facets of management.

In 2005 she started another corporation, Dynamite National Corporation which she runs today providing
consulting services. She is involved with giving financial advice to prospective companies or investors in

2000 she finished her economic studies at the University in Bologna majoring herself on business analysis

Driven by the conviction of the need of a deep analysis on specific processes and dynamics as basis of the
entire system functioning, she has carried this analysis on gap identification, within both the system and the
process that were limiting growth causing losses, wastefulness and slowdowns on exponential growth.

growth mechanisms and businesses outsorcing working efficiently both on italian and international markets,
following directly negotiations and corporate and commercial agreements.

2012, the 3rd of January 2013 he founded TabaMac, a Company born with the aim of furnishing high
technology services, technical assistance and networking, preferring the Apple sector.

From July 2013 TabaMac became Official Partner of Dolomiti Residence SRL responsible for the
informatic, technology and software areas.

From March 2014 he has been also appointed by the General Manager Dr. Curio Pintus to manage, assist
and deal with possible technology development for The Pintus Group USA and The Pintus Group Europe.
It is because of his ability and passion that he has managed to achieve the exclusive liscensing by Apple
for the technical assistance of the whole Trentino - Alto Adige and Veneto.
