Q1.objective is to find the most effective bleach concentration for explants

during micropropagation. Make experimental groups with diverse bleach
concentrations 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, and 2%..., and there's a control group with no
bleach for comparison. Let them sit in the bleach for a set period of time and
then transfer them into soil and let them grow for a but 2 to 3 months and
write the result down the repeat 2 mor times calculate the average growth and
see where was the plant max growth and when das the max growth beryl
changes.

Q2D. Selective breeding improves crops by choosing plants with desired traits.
To increase grain size, plants with big grains are bred for generations. And every
generation the plants with the biggest grains each time is selected and the
inter proses starts again.

Q5A
1. Isolation of Som - The first step is to isolate somatic cells from the individual
that will be cloned. These cells contain the complete genetic information of the
organism.

2. Donor Egg Preparation-an egg cell is needed. The nucleus of the egg cell is
removed to create an enucleated egg.

3. Nuclear Transfer: - The nucleus of a somatic cell is then transferred into the
enucleated egg.

4. Stimulation of Cell Division - The reconstructed egg, now containing the

nucleus of the somatic cell, is stimulated to divide and begin developing into an
embryo.

5. Implantation into a Surrogate - The developing embryo is then implanted

into the uterus of a surrogate mother, who will carry the pregnancy.

6. Gestation and Birth- The mother carries the cloned embryo and after a
period gives birth to the cloned mammal.

Q5B (ii) A cloned dog may not behave exactly like its mother due to the
influence of environment he grows in the way he learns things learning.
Cloning mins that the offspring is only doing to have the same genotypes and
phenotypes like the parent but nowhere it specifies that he will behave the
same as parent diou to the factors listed above.
