    TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

    As you would expect, we need our agents to operate with an appropriate level of technology in order to use our systems.

    Please see below the technical requirements you will need as a minimum to operate our systems – and also a
    recommended system operation

    You can check your current system information in the Windows Settings menu

    Minimum Recommended
    • Intel Core i5 1.6GHZ • Intel Core i5 2.4 GHZ or higher
    • 8GB RAM • 16GB RAM or higher
    • Windows 10 64-bit or higher • Windows 10 64-bit or higher
    • 10 MBPS internet connection* • 25 MBPS internet connection* or higher

    *You can check internet connection by using online tools such as Which? Broadband Test
