Guidelines for Obtaining Certificates

（Clinical Application Online Learning Program）

Online learning program for clinical applications start with "CA_", you can click

on the program name to learn.

The clinical application online learning program includes four online courses,

which are two pre-learning courses, a oral exam course and a final quiz.

You need to complete the entire online learning program in order from top to

bottom.

1. Click the “OralExamCourse”

If you pass the oral test, the instructor will enter your qualified scores in the

system. You need to complete the questionnaire adjustment in the OralExamCourse,

and then the OralExamCourse will be displayed as completed.

2. Click the “FinalQuiz”

The final quiz can only be taken after you pass the first three online courses. If

you pass the final quiz, you will obtain a training certificate.

3. Learning history review and Certificate print

When you pass the final quiz with a score higher than 80%, it means you have

completed the program, and then you can print the certificate with Basic

Application Level. Otherwise you won’t get any certificate and please try again.

Click My Learning History to review all your course performance and score.

2) Certificate print

Click My Learning to print your certificate.

 And click My Certificate to get your certificate. The certificate is ready to print

in three hours after you completed the program.
