Basis Report

Dear Sir,

With respect to submission of document mentioned above, please find enclosed

comments/observations for submission from Structural Consultants.

The said submittals are approved in CAT-2 (approved with comments) which are
requested to be resubmitted with compliance of comments/observations mentioned
below.

Comments/Observations:

1) Kindly mention Tender ID, Tender Name and Revision History in

documentation.
2) OHWT Bottom slab thickness has been taken 125 mm. Kindly follow the clause
of min. thickness criteria of IS 3370 (Part 1-2)-2021 for water retaining
elements.
3) In Etabs Model of Block CF, Machine room slab has been taken as membrane.
Kindly consider it shell-thin element.
4) In Etabs Model of Block DE-CF, peripheral beam shall be checked & designed
according to torsion criteria of clause 41.2, 41.3, 41.4 from IS 456. Stiffness
modifier shall be taken at least up to 0.5.
5) In Etabs Model of Block DE-CF, Cantilever projection beams have been failed in
shear. Kind check.
6) As per KBM soil report job3237; SBC has been provided at 3m depth from
Natural Ground level. In Etabs Model of Block DE-CF, Ground Floor Level height
(up to Ground Beam) has been taken 1.5m. Kindly revise or clarify.
