1. How do you think business development helps startups or new businesses

succeed? Can you give an example of how good business strategies helped a
startup grow?

2. If you wanted to start your own business, how would you figure out if your
idea would work? What factors would you consider to see if it's a good idea?

3. Entrepreneurs need to work with others and make connections. Can you tell
me about a time when you worked with others to make your business better?
What did you do to build those relationships?

4. Entrepreneurs need to keep up with what's happening in their industry. How do

you stay updated on what's going on? Can you give an example of how you
used that knowledge to come up with new ideas?
5. Sometimes entrepreneurs have to take risks or try something different. Can
you tell me about a time when you took a risk or did something different to
make your business better? What happened, and what did you learn from it?
