GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION

The positions primary responsibilities will focus on all data analytics and administration in
relation to Human Resource support. Specific areas of concentration will include payroll
administration, transport administration and cost review, documentation maintenance for
the life cycle of employment of workforce, inclusive of all administrative management of
employees’ welfare, benefits and compensation matters. This position will work based on
maintaining compliance and regulatory standards, and drive for total Human Resource
compliance per legal needs and business requirements in protecting data privacy and
administration of personal records.

Enter and maintain employee data in Oracle/HR systems for new hires, resignees,
internal job changes and personal changes,
Apply Nowand etc.
Responsible for accurate HR database and system. Ensures that information is
accurately saved in HR-share drive all supporting documents for complete employee files
and for payroll related action.
Prepare accurate and timely weekly, monthly reporting including headcounts reporting,
csr, plant review and any other report that may be required from time to time.
Conducts non-exempt level exit interviews, tracks census information and prepare
analytical reports and statistics on headcount, attrition, absenteeism, leave utilization,
recognition programs, and etc. to chart movements/progress.
Conduct HR analysis on headcount, hiring, termination, exit interview findings on weekly
and monthly basis.
Primary focal for monthly local payroll generation which includes enrolment of news hires
in benefit programs and prepare monthly submission.
Create and maintain personnel hard files including all other leave administration and
employment documentation in support of employment life cycle of employees.
Responsible for local HR record retention to be in compliance with regulatory
requirements for record maintenance, retrieval, retention, archiving period and methods.
Lead as the first point of contact for HR data privacy and personal records control in
relation to auditable requirements.
Perform other related duties and/or ad-hoc duties as assigned or requested.
May be assigned to lead HRIS system performance initiatives.
Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned when necessary.

KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education

Minimum Diploma in human resources, or similar field. 

Job Experience

Relevant work experience of at least 2 years in similar capacity.

Experience with records maintenance for HRIS systems is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

System knowledge and experience in Oracle or similar HRIS platform is preferred.

Handling complete payroll process and statutory submission and procedures.
