C. Post-Defense Activities
o Each team should submit a post-defense envelope
entitled: Post-Defense RP Envelope,
Course/Section and Group No.
o It should contain the following:
▪ Research Form B – RGA Consultation Form
▪ Form E-1 – Evaluation Form for Research
Proposal Defense
▪ Pictures or documentation of oral defense
 ▪ Photocopy of each members’ official receipt
for research fee
▪ Photocopy of each members’ official receipt
for research book
