It is my great delight that I am seeking to secure a position as an Elementary Teacher -1, at Lipao
Elementary School, Datu Paglas South District. Believing that basic education is the most important
stage in the learning growth of an individual, I wish to render my service in the institution to fulfill
my goal to be a publict servant through teaching.

I am Ruwaina Kasim Kuluang, 25 years old a residence of Brgy. Lipao, Datu Paglas, Maguindanao
del Sur. Graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEED), at Datu Ibrahim
Paglas Memorial College (DIPMC) Datu Paglas Maguindanao del Sur. And luckily passed the
Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) last September 26, 2021 as first taker.

I’m currently a Volunteer Teacher at Lipao Elementary School, due to my teaching experiences, I
have discovered that the method of facilitating instead of dictating is the best teaching style. I have
realized that students learn best when you trust them to learn by themselves while providing the
guidance they need. With this realization, I would like to devote my time guiding and teaching more
students in the future. I know I am in the right career path and I am sure that this passion will never
cease.

Having equipped with knowledge , skills, and attitude as a Teacher, and with willingness . I am ready
and happily to serve on your respective school.
