EDUCATION:
Currently studying for a BMus (Hons) Classical Tuba at the Guildhall School of Music and
Drama holding the Skinners' Lawrence Atwell Scholarship.
A level Music, Biology and Law at Barton Peveril Sixth Form College.
I also attended Junior Royal Academy of Music on Saturdays for 3 years.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Teaching beginner brass for about 5 years, and teaching trumpet privately.
Played with Chineke Professional Orchestra in the Royal Festival Hall and Played a concerto
with Chineke Juniors at the Royal Festival Hall.
Professional performance opportunities with my Junior Royal Academy of music brass
quintet.
Insight Training Project 2024 (Learning to lead music and theatrical workshops for children
and people with disabilities)
Founding member of the Bastion Brass quintet we have done many church recitals and
livery gigs since starting in late 2022
I was project assistant for NYO Inspire and NYO Unite in October 2023 and february 2024
where I assisted set up and lead creative sessions to the young people

YOUTH PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT:

National Youth Orchestra 2022.
National Children's Brass Band 2016-2019 principal and mentor for last year
National Youth Brass Band 2018-2021 principal Eb bass from 2020
Woodfalls Brass Band for nearly 4 years.
Helped lead a couple of workshops in local primary schools with Southampton music hub.
Royal Northern College of Music attending Young Tubas with Les Neish.
Masterclass with Patrick Harrild at the Royal College of music.
Distinction in Grade 8 and ARSM Diploma.
Playing in local music hub ensembles.

PERSONAL AND HOBBIES:

For fun I like to stay fit with bodybuilding and Long-distance running.
I was home educated until sixth form so I know how to teach myself skills as well as learning
and collaborating with other people from all sorts of different backgrounds.
