P 15 DEVLON V - API International

1. GENERALITA' / GENERAL INFORMATION

E un materiale termoplastico del gruppo poliammide realizzato espressamente per sedi di valvole adatto per impiego ad alte
pressioni ed alte temperature, possiede un basso coefficiente di attrito ed ottima resistenza ad usura. Ottenibile in grandi diametri
fino a 2500 mm ( vale anche per il caricato grafite P16 ).
Materiale approvato dalla SHELL - SPE 77 / 130.
Devlon V - API grade is a thermoplastic material of poliammide family expressly used for valve seat inserts with high pressures
and temperatures. Devlon V - API has a very low friction coefficient and good wear resistance. Available in large diameters up
to 2500 mm (it is valid also for graphite filled P16 ).
Material approved by SHELL - SPE 77 / 130.

3. TEMPERATURA / TEMPERATURE
Temperatura di esercizio: -100 +150 °C / Working temperature: -100 +150 °C.
Con punte da -125° C fino a + 175°C (Pressioni fino a 400 bar)
With point -125° C up to + 175° C (Pressure up to 400 bar)
Vale anche per il caricato grafite P16 / It is valid also for graphite filled P16.

5. ORIENTAMENTO PER L'IMPIEGO / SUGGESTION FOR USE

Particolarmente adatto per seggi e inserti di valvole boccole, anelli antiestrusione, dove esistano pressioni e temperature elevate
Speccially recommended for valve seat inserts stem bushes, antiextrusion rings with high pressures and temperatures.
E' possibile avere caricato grafite colore nero (P16) con le stesse caratteristiche del giallo (P15).
It is possible to have graphite filled with black colour (P16) and with the same characteristics pf the yellow one (P15).
