A DELIVERY
1. BIDDER shall advise the delivery lead time.
2. BIDDER shall advise the delivery end point.
3. BIDDER shall breakdown the shipment cost and mode of shipment in the proposal if any.
C QA/QC
1. BIDDER shall comply with all testing requirement stated in the scope of work.
2. Any non-compliance of any testing stated in the scope of work, BIDDER shall provide the
justification.
D PENALTY
1. DERMAGA will impose 1.0 % Liquidated Damages per day with the maximum of 10.0 % of PO value
should the delay occurs in term of the delivery or any other means.
2. DERMAGA has the right to reject the product if the supplier doesn’t comply with any of the
specification from the drawing provided.
