2.3 Offer Validity

Our offer is valid until 30 days from the date of Submission

2.4 Delivery
Dispatch of the Services shall be made from our works within 6-8 weeks from the date of technically clear
PO.
2.5 Warranty
12 Months from the date of supply
2.6 Delay in Delivery/Liquidated Damages
Since offered product/solution is customized for the customer, we shall not accept any penalty due to any
delay in delivery. However all efforts shall be made to meet customers delivery & shutdown schedule.
2.7 Commercial Deviations
All other Terms & Conditions will be as per General Conditions of Contract (GCC) attached along with this
docuemnt. In case of any conflict in Terms & Conditions given in this proposal with one given in GCC,
conditions in the proposal shall override conditions in GCC.
