    SUBMISSION OF COMMITTEE POLICIES

    To: DDCECC Committee Chairpersons

    Good day!

    The Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) noted in their Annual Audit the non-compliance
    of the periodic meeting of Committee Chairperson and members, and their lack of established
    policies.

    Likewise, in the latest BOD meeting held on February 26, 2024, at SDO-Dapitan City
    Conference Hall, one of the agenda items of the meeting was the Committee Policies update. The
    operations manager has nothing to present regarding the policies of each committee. The
    operations manager told the board that the deadline for submission of the policies of each
    committee is February 29, 2024. The board wants to have an update from the Chairperson of
    each committee on the status of their committee policies. The committee policies will be
    presented at the upcoming Annual General Assembly Meeting on March 1, 2024.

    Immediate submission of the said policies is enjoined. Please be guided accordingly.
