INSTRUCTIONAL SUPERVISORY PLAN

FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER 2023

I. OBJECTIVES: Provide technical assistance and mentor teachers in their lapses regarding the lessons’ goal. Observe
appropriate learners' behavior. Remind the colleagues of their responsibilities and duties.

II. STRATEGIES: Regular monitoring of their day-to-day teaching. Remind them their responsibilities and duties, Use up
to date COT for proficient teachers. Discreet in the process of mentoring and coaching the teachers observed.

III. PROCEDURE: Coaching sessions through LAC are encouraged with the teachers. Post conferences are also held after
observation.
