DEAR ALUMNI,

First of all we hereby express our love & gratitude to you for enrolling yourself in our Alumni
Association.

With great pleasure we would like to inform you that the department of chemistry, Asutosh College
is going to organize their First Alumni reunion at Asutosh College campus on 6th or 7th April 2024. We
will flag off the celebrations in grand style which will be shared by all our Alumni, present students,
staff, faculty members ,friends & well-wishers of our beloved department.

On the Reunion day,there will be Alumni interactions, cultural program, sports,

Lectures/Presentation by alumni from academic & industrial fields. The detailed program &
schedule will be notified soon.

We cordially invite you to attend the Reunion and the activities contemplated which can be a
success only with your whole- hearted support and active participations. We shall be grateful for
your help in the form of any suggestions/advice, contributions as
donations/advertisements/sponsorships for any activity/event. We have also planned to publish
Reunion souvenir, Alumni register & Departmental profile

The registration fees for Alumni attending the Reunion are as follows:

A. Post Graduate students: Rs 300/-

B. Ph.D/Post-doctoral fellow/ researchers: Rs 600/- .
C. All others :Rs 1000/-
The details of payment procedure will be notified soon

If you do plan to attend the Reunion, kindly confirm the same ONLINE by mentioning YES in the
attached e- Form preferably on or before 3rd March 2024
