I, Jayson L. Barbadillo, 32 years old currently residing at Purok 6b, Poblacion, Maasim,
Sarangani Province. I graduated last March 2019 at Ramon Magsaysay Memorial
Colleges with a degree Bachelor of Physical Education Major in School Physical
Education. I successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers last
September 2021.

It is with delight that I am writing to express my sincere intention in applying to secure a

Teacher I position in Junior High School in Kablacan Integrated School or any school
who needed. I am very willing to be part of this profession in your reputable institution. I
am passionate about the importance of education to guide the future of the learners or
students.

In lieu with this, I would like to retain my score in demonstration teaching and teacher
reflection form (TRF) last CAR-RQA school year 2022-2023 and I would like to add
additional certificates of training for this year. I am hoping with great anticipation to
discuss with you many ways in which I can make a significant contribution to your
