Scope:
Learners will build fluency skills through communicative activities and interaction with their peers all within the framework of a textbook that focuses primarily on listening and speaking

skills. Reading, writing and grammar, while de-emphasized, will still be part of the course from time to time. Instructors are responsible for creating a comfortable learning environment

in which learners are encouraged to try new language.
