Hello everyone, so today my group consist of me ………, ……, …...

will present our Water Cycle

3d Diagram. There are 4 segments in our water cycle which are Sea, Forest, Iceberg, and Soil
Segments.

So first let’s talk about the Sea Segment. When the Sun shines on the ocean, it makes some
of the water turn into tiny water vapor particles that rise into the air. This process is what we call
Evaporation. As these vapor particles rise higher in the sky, they cool down and stick together to
form clouds. This process is what we call Condensation. Then, when the clouds get heavy with water,
the water falls back to the sea as rain. This process is what we call Precipitation.

Now let’s move on to the second Segment which is The Forest Segment. Trees and plants in
the forest absorb water from the soil through their roots and release it into the air through their
leaves specifically stomata. This process is what we call Transpiration. The water released by trees
and plants joins with the air and forms clouds in the sky above the forest. This process is what we call
Condensation. If there's too much rain in the forest, the extra water flows over the ground and into
streams and rivers, eventually reaching the sea. This process is what we call Runoff from the Forest
to the Sea. Clouds that formed over the forest can be carried by the wind to other places, like where
the icebergs are, and then release rain or snow there. This process is what we call Transportation.

Now let’s go to the Iceberg Segment. The cold air around the iceberg makes some of the ice
change directly into water vapor without melting first. This process is what we call Sublimation.
Water vapor in the air around the iceberg can form clouds, and then the clouds release water back
onto the iceberg as snow or rain. This process is what we call Precipitation. Sometimes, snow falls
directly onto the iceberg and piles up, making the iceberg grow bigger. This process is what we call
Deposition. When the snow or ice on the iceberg melts, some of the water flows down through
cracks and holes and ends up in the water below the iceberg. This process is what we call runoff to
the Water Below the Iceberg

Last, it’s the Soil Segment. Rain or melting snow that falls on the iceberg can sink in into the
soil surface and enters the soil pores or spaces between soil particles, making it wet. This process is
what we call Infiltration. The water that seeps into soil moves downward through the soil layers
through the tiny spaces in the soil or rocks, eventually reaching underground areas. This process is
what we call Percolation. Trees and plants in the forest absorb water from the soil through their
roots to grow and stay healthy. This process is what we call Plant Uptake. Some of the rainwater that
soaks into the ground in the forest can travel down and reach the water hidden underground
beneath the ocean floor. This process is what we call Groundwater.

Well, that’s all about the Water Cycle, Thankyou for listening and have a nice day.
