Developedcountriespromisedtomobilizefundsworth$100billionperyearby2020tohelp developingcountriescopewithclimatechange,whilepromisingthat$30billionwouldbe availableforthepoorestcountriesbetween2010and2012.

Hydroelectricdamsthatendedupcausingdiseaseandledtothesecountrieshavingtogetconstant loansinordertoaffordthewesternmanufacturedpartstokeeptheirpowerplants,airportsandroads maintained,ifwearenotcarefulwecanstartanothercycleofworlddebtwithverylittlereturn.We needtodeterminewhatisgoingtobedonewiththis100billiondollars,isitgoingtobeusedtodoone offlargeprojectsthatthenbecomeadrainontheworldspoorestcountriesorarewegoingtoassistin buildingthemanufacturingcapabilityinthesecountriessothatcancontinuallymaintainwhateveris built?Withoutthisquestionbeingansweredwearedoingadisservicetoeveryoneinvolved. InSummaryitseemstomethatClimateChangehastakenonalifeofitsownthathasverylittletodo withreducingpollutionorimprovinglifequalityforanyone.Becauseofthepolarityofthearguments, thebadscienceandtheinabilitytocutthroughbureaucracywemaynotseethecriticalchangeour speciesneedstocontinueon,Ifinditsad,verysad,tothinkwemaygothewayofthedinosaursinfar lesstimethantheyhad,becausewecannotlearntofindbalancedsolutionstoproblemsofourown creation.
