Read and discuss

I love hotels! This is good because I’m a hotel receptionist. My name is Fuat
and I’m from Turkey but I live in Moscow in Russia.

I speak Turkish, English, Russian, and Spanish. The hotel I work in is very
big and expensive. It has a swimming pool, a gym, and a restaurant. The
rooms are very nice. They have double beds and TVs. I like talking to
customers and helping them when they have questions.

They usually ask things like “When does the gym open?”, “What food does
the restaurant serve?”, and “Where is the car park?”. I also ask the guests
questions about their personal information and they all fill in a form.

● Where is he from? ● How is the hotel where he works?

● What languages does he speak? ● What does he ask guests?
