implemented best practices to ensure accurate alignment and efficient component assembly with

 Generated over 200 2D drawings, incorporating Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T)
principles and ensured strict adherence to industry standards for manufacturing process.

Internship (M&E Department) July 2021 – Oct 2021

 Designed and fabricated an alarm system installed at casting transfer station line that are used to
verify alignment issues, which reduced product defects with a return of investment of 1.22 months.
 Analysed, scheduled and monitored 40 maintenance works to M&E department workers through
effective communication with engineers and officers, which resulted in organised maintenance
activities, improved factory machineries and factory facilities.

Integrated Design Project – Design, Testing and Analysis of Formula SAE Racing Car Model
 Designed, analysed and fabricated a formula student racing car model obligated to Formula SAE’s
Student Formula Japan 2021 competition rules, which includes strategic project management and
optimum material selection under an allocation budget of RM500.

Final Year Project – Active Force Control for Semi-active Suspension with MR Damper
 Developed an optimized control system integrated with Proportional-Integral-Derivative and Active
Force Control for processing voltage signals measured from road disturbance, which resulted to a
32% reduction of vehicle vertical sprung mass acceleration and improved passengers ride comfort.
