information you need for an amazing 18th birthday event:

1. Hall Details:
- Cost: £100
- Capacity: 120 people
- Seating: 60 people (with space for dancing)
- Availability: 7:00 PM to midnight
- Last Orders: 11:30 PM
- 50 guests minimum to book.

2. Early Access and Set-Up:

- Early access for set-up is encouraged (subject to availability).
- We understand the importance of preparation for your special day.

3. Security Measures for 18th Birthdays:

- Additional Charge: £150 for security.
- Security on the door for ID checks and issuing 18+ wristbands.
- Ensuring the safety of all guests throughout the event.

4. Entertainment Options:
- DJ Services:
- Entertainment Express provides DJs for £175.
- Alternatively, feel free to bring your own DJ.

5. Catering Choices:
- BYO Buffet: You can bring your own food.
- Partnered Buffet Option: Our local partner, PIATTO, offers buffet services.
6. Set-Up Freedom:
- Customize the hall to suit your theme and preferences.
- We only ask for no confetti to ensure a clean and safe environment.
