1. Boil the noodle for three minutes and drain it.
2. Separately, boil the egg and vegetable. 3. Add some chillies 4. Pour the noodle into a bowl, add the seasonings, and then stir it. 5. Add the boiled egg and vegetable. 6. Finally, the noodle is ready to serve. How to Make a Lemonade Ingredients: For each glass use: 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 2 tablespoons of sugar 1 glass of water Methods: 1. Slice a lemon in half and squeeze the juice into a cup. 2. Take out the seeds. 3. Pour 2 tablespoons into glass. 4. Add sugar. 5. Add water and stir well. 6. Taste the lemonade. bream, washed o 2 stem lemon grass, bruished o 2 cm fresh galangale, sliced o 2 tsp sugar o 2 pc limes o basil o 1 l water o salt or to taste o vegetable oil SPICE FOR THE PASTE o 5 pc shallots, chopped o 3 gloves garlic, chopped o 2-4 pc large red chillies, de-seeded, chopped o 2 cm fresh ginger, chopped o 3 cm fresh turmeric or 1 tsp turmeric powder INSTRUCTIONS 1. Cut the fish, put them in a bowl and rub with salt and lime juice/tamarind juice. 2. Keep aside for 15 minutes. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with kitchen paper. 3. Put all ingredients for the seasoning paste in a blender or food processor & blend until smooth. 4. Heat 2 tbsp oil in the middle-size frying pan. Stir-fry the paste all the time until fragrant/ you smell a good aroma. Add galingale and lemon grass. Keep stir-frying. 5. The paste is ready when it's colour has changed from blur yellow into transparent yellow and the mixture becomes little bit scrambled. 6. Pour in 1 lt hot water and bring all to boil. Lower the heat into medium and add the fish. Simmer until the fish well cooked. 7. (If preffered, just pre-cooked the fish in separate boiled water as I write on the above notes). 8. Adjust the seasoning and add salt & sugar to taste. Add basil leaves. Add 2 tbsp lime juice, mix well & remove from heat. How to Simple Fried Rice

Steps of how to cook fried rice:
1. Heat a medium frying pan and pour the vegetable oil.
2. After it’s heated enough, add the garlic, onion, and chili. 3. Stir-fry the ingredients until it’s tender. 4. Add the eggs and scramble it until half cooked. 5. Pour the cooked rice, then keep stir for a minute. 6. Next, add the seasoning such as the sauce, pepper, and salt, and mix them all with the rice. 7. After it’s well cooked, take the fried rice and serve on the plate.
