CLASS REFERENDUM

RATIONALE

FORMULATION OF CLASS FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF

PREPARATION FOR GRADUATION EXPENSES
According to the Article IX Sec. 1 of the Constitution and By-Laws, the class can formulate its own class funds
provided that the council has consulted the class and has the necessary approval. In line with this, we are consulting
your judgement on whether we shall formulate a class fund addressing our financial needs in our preparation for our
expenses on our graduation needs.

This is a proactive response set forth by the council to ensure that financial constraints will be addressed prior so
that the hindrances to the financial needs and to events that will lead to graduation of the batch will be resolved be it
partially or completely if feasible.

It is guaranteed that any collections collected will be consistently published along with its financial report, following
the instructions stated in the Article IX of the Constitution and By-Laws and any expenses will be immediately
reported through every available channels to the class.

The class has the right to sign in approval or in disapproval to the proposed policy. The council follows a majority in
this referendum and will implement the collection of funds if the referendum accumulated a majority of 50+1 votes.

PAGBUO NG CLASS FUND NA NAGLALAYONG PAGHANDAAN ANG

MGA GASTUSIN SA PAGTATAPOS NG KLASE

Alinsunod sa Artikulo XI Seksyon 1 ng Constitution and By-Laws, ang klase ay maaaring bumuo ng sarili nitong
class fund kung ang konseho ay gagawa ng reperendum at may kaukulang pahintulot. Alinsunod dito, hinihingi
naming ang inyong paghatol kung dapat bang tayo ay bumuo ng ating sariling class fund upang tugunan ang mga
pinansiyal nating kailangan bilang paghahanda sa mga paparating nating gastusin hanggang sa ating pagtatapos.

Ito ay maagang pag aksyon na ginawa ng konseho upang siguruhin ang mga problemang pinansyal ay kagyat na
matugunan upang ang mga balakid sa problemang pinansyal lalo na sa mga sitwasyon na magdadala sa pagtatapos
ng buong klase na nangangailangan ng mga pinansyal na gastusin ay mareresolba ang kalahati o ang kabuuhan nito
kung maaari.

Sinisigurado naming na lahat ng koleksyon ay masikap naming ipapaalam kasama ng ulat pinansiyal nito at
alinsunod din sa mga pamantayang nakasaad sa Artikulo XI ng Constitution and By-Laws ng klase and lahat ng mga
gastusin ay agad ipapaalam sa lahat ng posibleng paraan ng pag a-abiso ng klase.

Ang klase ay may karapatang pumirma nang sang-ayon o tutol sa panukala. Ang koonseho naman ay mahigpit na
susundin ang mayoryang mabubuo sa reperendum na ito at ipapatupad agad ang naturang polisiya kung makabubuo
ng mayorya na may 50+1 na boto.
