Examinations are one of the widespread and common means of evaluation of the

student's knowledge and understanding of the particular subject. While continual

checkings and working on projects significantly enhance absorbtion of the learning
material and help us deeply dive into any topic , none of them can not be used to evaluate
a real comprehension of particular field.

Frequent assessments during semester contribute a lot in retaining specific things,

but it is mostly geared to check small proportin of material such as one unit or topic. I
feel the same about the activity mentioned by university. Having said that, time dedicated
to projects is really beneficial and worthy, as the mentioned consists of numerous phases
to work on, requires lots of effort and helps us to develop great deal of interpersonal
skills.

Despite the fact that, the main idea of the studying and getting a degree is not all
about accumulating high grades in exams, it might became a great motivational factor for
good performance that enforces some students to get out of their comfort zone, put the
whole our heart into studying, try to get a deep insight into material and try their best to
achieve more , even for the sake of grades. While non-stop evaluations and doing projects
are an integral part of all degrees, overall, they do not seem to be a good idea in terms of
getting any degree.

In my poit of view, the university must include examinations in their curriculum

and try not to avoid it at all cost, because it is the final evaluation of the acquired
knowledge and is an optimal way to provide any degree.
