NOTIFICATION

No.SO(NC-II)418/R/2023: In pursuance of recommendations of Punjab Public Service

Commission (PPSC), Lahore bearing No. PSC-RF-I/2023/89-RF, dated 30-Nov-2023, the
following Selectee is hereby appointed as Charge Nurse (BS-16) on regular basis with immediate
effect and posted as mentioned against her name:

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The appointment of the Charge Nurse (BS-16) shall be subject to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. That the appointment is subject to being physically fit; the Selectee shall be required to appear
before Standing Medical Board and getting herself declared medically fit before joining. The date
of medical examination shall be communicated to her by the Authority / Hospital concerned.
2. That the appointment is subject to the verification of credentials / degrees / certificates of the
Selectee from the concerned Board and the University which issued the certificates / degrees in
favor of the selectee. In case any credential is found to be bogus subsequently, responsibility for
the lapse shall lie on the applicant.
3. If the degrees / certificates of academic qualifications / any other particular / document or
information submitted by the candidate is subsequently found to be bogus / forged / incorrect etc.,
the Department shall exercise its legal right to withdraw the appointment in respect of that
candidate.
4. That if, at any stage, it is discovered that above mentioned candidate has obtained appointment
on the basis of forged / bogus documents, the appointment shall be considered to be void ab-
Initio and she shall be liable to refund all amounts received from the Government; in addition to
such other legal action as may be taken against her under the rules.
5. The appointment is subject to the condition that in case of a disabled candidate, she should
reappear before Special Medical Board who should re-verify her disability and determine
suitability to perform her job related duties / functions.
6. That seniority shall be in accordance with the order of merit assigned by the PPSC, irrespective
of actual date of joining.
7. That she shall be governed by The Punjab Civil Servants Act 1974 and The Punjab Civil Servants
(Appointment & Conditions of Service) Rules, 1974 and the Service Rules as may be issued by
the Government from time to time.

 8. That she shall remain on probation for a period of two years which is extendable to another two
years. If during the period of probation, her work & conduct is found un-satisfactory, her services
shall be liable to be terminated at one month’s notice without any reason being assigned or on
the payment of one month’s salary in lieu of the notice. In case, she wishes to resign at any time,
one month’s notice shall be necessary or in lieu therefore, a month’s pay shall be forfeited.
9. That she shall be liable to serve anywhere in the Punjab.
10. The appointment is subject to condition that the Selectee / Appointee shall not avail any
opportunity of transfer / posting within one year after her appointment except on administrative
grounds.
11. That she shall not be entitled to any TA / DA to present herself before the Standing Medical
Board.
12. That she is not married to a Foreign National and she has to submit a declaration to that effect.
13. That she shall be required to join the place of posting at her own expense.
14. That she is directed to report for duty to the concerned Medical Superintendent / Department
within fifteen days from the date of issuance of this order.

academic certificates may be verified from the concerned Board / University.
