Lockheed Hudson Mk. III (414-3826), NZ2013, RAF s/n: V9241, is from a batch of
30 RNZAF Hudson Mk. III's in service from 1941 to 1949. This aircraft has
been restored to near new condition by staff of the RNZAF Museum.

C-60A-5-LO Lodestar, s/n: 42-55951 (c/n: 18-2388), features unsual nose art of a
running chicken with the name "flew the coop". This reflects the aircraft's post
wartime service as a real chicken coop in Mexico before being restored in
Australia and flown out to New Zealand as VH-XUS, where it has since retired.

Model 18-10-01 (18-2020) was first flown by United Airlines as NC25630 before being
impressed into military service as a C-56D Lodestar with USAAF s/n: 42-53504.
The RAF later received it as a Lodestar Mk. I, s/n: AX756, for use in the Middle East.
It's seen here retired in New Zealand with civil registration ZK-BVE.
The aircraft in the background is a Short Sunderland MR.Mk. 5 (NZ4115).
