3. SMB Grouping S&L General
Due to the discussion with TTE, it is required to reduce the number
of trenches, causing the change of layout.

07/09- SMB grouping is being discussed with SEPCO, PVH.

13/09- Under discussion. S&L will send the constraints on the
bidding stage layout.
27/09- SEPCO confirmed to follow Option -2 (with 4 trenches).
04/10 -Under preparation. S&L has shared the final layout with
SEPCO. Same to be forwarded to PVH.

Required input information for the suppliers

07/09- S&L clarified that all the required documents form vendor are
listed in the respective technical specification.
However, SEPCO informed that delivery timeline of the vendor
documents are very long which is not suitable for the overall project
progress. Hence, SEPCO requested S&L to provide the critical input
5. document list from vendor for the critical items like: AIS, GIS, ITS, S&L General
Power transformer.
