Abstract The study aims to analyze the effect of activeness in Scouting activities on the discipline of students of SMA Negeri 7 Pontianak
2016/2017. The problem in this research is how the influence of activeness in scouting activities on the discipline of students of SMAN 7
Pontianak in the 2016/2017 school year. The approach used is a quantitative approach with the post facto method. The population in this
study were students of SMAN 7 Pontianak who were registered in the 2016/2017 school year. The research sample uses probability
sampling techniques.The results showed the activeness of the rest of the students in the Scout activities of SMAN 7 Pontianak included in
the very high category, amounting to 70.8%. The discipline of students of SMAN 7 Pontianak in the Very High category is 77.1%. And there
is a positive and significant effect between activeness in Scouting activities on student discipline with a calculated value of 0.984> rtable of
0.8727. Sig. Value 0.00
