Introduction:

In this project handles all the requirement of client starting from user
request for audit and providing all necessary information about user in
report format. Designed Web based project in that create a secure admin
panel and designed a perfect look for audit firm site

The focal points of the audit Outsourcing is:

 Trustee’s responsibility for the financial report
 Auditor’s responsibility
 Auditor’s Opinion
 Business functionality
 Security

Existing System and Need for System :

Existing System:

 Existing system is manual and hence time consuming.

 Engages many people for collecting data.
 Analyzing and searching the data is complex.
 Leads to loss of accuracy due to paper work.
 There is big chance of manual mistakes.
 Wrong data may lead to wrong decision making.
Need for System:

 Many times Auditor handles different user records. This process is very time
consuming.Calculate the profit/loss it takes so much Time.
 Manages many people for collecting data.
 This System stores record of the users with his audit details.
 It makes very easy to generating different audit information
 This system stores all user information helpful for generating audits.
 Using audit firm, customer convenience will be increased and customer will
be satisfied.
 For any problem, user will be able to solve it by sitting at home.
 Using Goals report, we can decide next new functionality to perform
resulting continuously growth in business.
 As conversations will happen due to blog and forum, user can check it for
his own problem.
 Any customer can create audit from website

 The proposed System provides managing hierarchy of the Different
Auditors.
 Generating Different Audit details of specific users like Engagement letter,
Responsibility letter, Tax invoice, Management Letter.
