Sealed quotations are invited from the Reputed firms in relevant fields for “Providing

Catering arrangements i.e., Pre-convocation dinner, Convocation lunch, snacks etc., in

connection with 26th Annual Convocation of Dr. YSR UHS, Vijayawada”. Interested parties can

obtain quotation forms with conditions from the Registrar, Dr. YSR University of Health

Sciences, Vijayawada along with relevant documents and Security Deposit for Rs. 2,000/- by

way of demand draft on any Scheduled / Commercial Bank in favour of Registrar, Dr. YSR

University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada on or before 5.00 P.M. on 22.01.2024. The last date

for submission of completed tender form is 23.01.2024 at 3.00 P.M. Quotations will be opened

on 23.01.2024 at 3.30 PM in the presence of tenderers if they attended.
