CHURCH ORGANIZATION

When a company of baptized believers is prepared to assume the responsibility of an organized

church, it must consult with the conference president and obtain approval from conference
executive committee prior to seeking a date for the organization to take place.

I. Profile Basic Requirements

- Sabbath School
B. Financial Capabilities (3 years)
- Tithe
- Offering
- Other: (gateway 45)
C. Church Lot/Building on place of Worship (Picture)
D. Church History

II. Mother church board action recommending the company to be organized as a

church to the Conference Executive Committee through Ministerial Council.
III. Church Spiritual program (Action Plan for the current year).
IV. Strategic Plan (4-5 Years).
V. List of Potential Leadership
VI. Filled-up application form
VII. Approval of the Conference Executive Committee
- Date of Organization
- Conference representative
- Complete name and address of the church.
VIII. Acceptance to sisterhood of all churches throughout the world declaration.
IX. Certificate of organization should be issued.
X. Report should be given to the administration for proper recording of the event,
signed by the Officiating Pastor.
XI. Six (6) months period.
