Abstract
This abstract discusses insights and recommendations for policymakers and education administrators to enhance
the financial well-being of school teachers in India, with a view to improving the quality of education in the
country. The financial stability of teachers has a direct impact on their job satisfaction, motivation, and
effectiveness in the classroom. This paper highlights key considerations for creating a more supportive
environment for educators, ultimately fostering a better educational system.
