Design and Construction Management Program

Design management is a field of inquiry that uses project management, design, strategy, and
supply chain techniques to control a creative process, support a culture of creativity, and
build a structure and organization for design.

Social Development and Institutional Plans

A Social Development Plan is a comprehensive plan that focuses on enhancing the quality of
life for the citizens of a community and helps provide a direction for future decisions in the
key areas identifies by its community members.

An institutional plan (sometimes called a strategic plan or a long-range plan) is a document


that guides the museum's acquisition, growth and allocation of resources. It is generally
multi-year and has measurable goals and methods by which the museum evaluates success.

Environmental Monitoring Plan

Environmental monitoring is a tool to assess environmental conditions and trends, support


policy development and its implementation, and develop information for reporting to
national policymakers, international forums and the public.

their appropriate implementation.

5. What is Environmental Monitoring Plan in EIA?

The Environmental Management Plan (EMP) is the plan constructed during the process of EIA
that provides a description of the methods and procedures for mitigating and monitoring
impacts. EMP's outline the environmental impacts, the mitigation measures, roles and
responsibilities, timescales and cost of mitigation.
