Theme: MERGE – Discover, Design, Deliver

Core Programs ki nayi paribhasha ka safar

Core Program Mission: Design and Deliver leading edge quality programs to 30,000 learners annually by
next 5 years with campus knowledge partners and an exemplary team while maintaining funding
sources, long-term outcomes and impact.

Why the theme?

The building of the “new” of Core Programs is anchored through the QDG neural engine with three
strategy pillars:

1. Quality - Strategy, Programs, Delivery, Partnerships and Innovation


2. Depth in Stakeholder relationships- Students, SRMs, Campuses, Employers, Funders, Innovation
Partners
3. Organic Growth in Impact with the above stakeholders – Demo model that is replicable &
scalable to reach 1M students

What this means for the Core Program Collective:

1. Building a collective understanding of Strategy, Design and Delivery


2. Creating spaces for collaborative dialogues for our people & functions
3. Developing a uniform approach to creating programs, innovations & upskilling the stakeholders
4. Synergizing the core program functions through a common purpose for strong stakeholder
partnerships
5. Streamlining internal and external communications/pitch/messaging

Who is this for: Core Program Functions (Program, Implementation, LDx, Innovations) & other Medha
Departments

Planning the conclave experience:

1. Formal themes: Understanding the neural engine strategy and its implementation, Connecting
with our learners and their stakeholders (User Persona & KSATG), Approach to New Programs
and Pedagogy, Capacity for Stakeholders, The New Pilots, Cluster Planning, Process Innovation &
Growth, Innovation for everyone, Employer Connections, Functions unvieling themselves
2. SRM/AM Led themes: Unconference model of SRM topics, Facilitation Skilling, Cluster/Area
Adda or Café, Caring Green campuses, SRM Growth, Pitching
3. Informal themes: Meditative & energizing sunrise, reflective evenings and celebratory nights ,
rewards & recognition, all fun stuff
4. Master sessions with leadership or external speakers or Core Program experts – Research &
reporting, Leadership Development, Storytelling, Giving feedback
5. Department led sessions: People, D&I, Partnerships, System Adoption synergy, Marcom
