EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Engineering Artisan Management Inc. (TEAM) is a startup manufacturing

company formed in late 2023 that seeks to provide innovative and all-encompassing
solutions for the energy and infrastructure sectors, emphasizing sustainability,
quality, and safety. It will specialize in the conversion of raw materials utilizing state-
of-the-art technology and highly skilled workers into finished items. After its
successful launch and the skyrocketing image in the industry. The company is now
ready to inaugurate flexible concrete that would be beneficial for many, especially
the people in Batangas City and other parts of the Philippines.

Flexible concrete provides an advantage in the engineering industry as it

contributes towards the property of a tangible structure in terms of its workable span
as a functioning area of a certain sector. Unlike the commonly used concrete, which
is characterized as a rigid and vulnerable component to cracking when subjected to
different kinds of stress, the company’s product enables the customer to avoid
common problems with regards to the property of a concrete–the breaking down of
structure as the overall model is deformed. It mainly focuses on the flexibility,
ductility, and high tensile strength in terms of its resistance to cracks.

The target market of our company manufacturing flexible concrete is diverse,

ranging from individual homeowners to large government infrastructure projects. The
material's adaptability, durability, and potential for cost savings make it an attractive
option for a broad spectrum of construction-related applications. In line with this,
flexible concrete can be appealing to homeowners and residents for various
applications, such as driveways, sidewalks, and other residential construction
projects. Same goes with property developers who are interested in construction
materials that offer both durability and design flexibility. This will be much beneficial
also to other businesses who are looking to construct commercial buildings,
factories, or industrial facilities that can benefit from the flexibility of the concrete.
The DPWH is also one of the target customers as flexible concrete can be
particularly useful for roads, bridges, and tunnels, as it can withstand the stresses
caused by traffic loads and ground movement, resulting in infrastructure that requires
less maintenance over time. Included into the list are the contractors and
subcontractors and other construction companies that specialized in many specific
construction applications, such as landscaping, outdoor structures, or renovation
projects.

This manufacturing company is operated by engineers themselves

specializing in different kinds of civil engineering fields. Furthermore, they are divided
into four groups which are logistics, operation, marketing, and service to ensure the
success of the inauguration of the new product. Logistics focuses on inbound;
material handling, warehousing and outbound; order processing and distribution.
Operation on the other hand will have access to real time sales and inventory
systems. While marketing will be managing the pricing, communication, promotion
and the low prices. And the service group which is fatal in the delivery and keeping
hand with the clients. In order to launch the business’ flexible concrete, each partner
will be providing capital from their own personal savings. This will cover start-up
expenses and provide financial stability for the first three months of operations. This
will be based in Batangas City but plans to expand in the future years.

The Engineering Artisan Management Inc. (TEAM) anticipates a steady

growth of sales over the next five years. As a starting construction company, the
business expects to break even more by the fifth month of operations. While the
profits are expected to be relatively low in the first year of operation and expect an
increasing growth in the following years. This company projects an initial investment
of ₱10,000,000.00 pesos invested by the seven founders. In addition, the essential
component of our financial structure is the capitalization structure which consists of
debt and equity components that are thoughtfully calibrated to meet our operating
requirements and promote long-term growth. The ownership interest that
shareholders have in the business is reflected in our equity capital. Investors
become part owners by exchanging their money for shares. On the other hand, in
order to maintain financial stability and fulfill repayment commitments, responsible
debt management is essential. Debt interest payments are a component of the total
cost of capital.

In order to achieve its initial goals, the company is planning to invest in the
construction of the company, high-end equipment purchase costs, legal fees, and
other (insurance, tax, etc.). On the other hand, flexible concrete prices will range
from ₱2,500 to ₱50,000 square meters and ₱5,000 cubic meters to ₱75,000 cubic
meters depending on its classification. The customers can freely choose whatever
types of flexible concrete they want to purchase such as flexible concrete sheets or
panel, pre-cast blocks or components, liquid or bagged formulations (for on-site
application, customized or bespoke solutions, and subscription or licensing models.
