As a model of global leadership, I would place a high priority on communication and

adaptation in order to maintain stability and continuity within my business during the ongoing

epidemic. In every company, preserving stability and fostering continuity during a crisis depends

on effective communication (Mendenhall et al., 2018). It makes sure that everyone on staff is

aware of the organization's aims and objectives as well as any modifications to policies or

procedures brought on by the epidemic. It is crucial to keep everyone up to date on any

adjustments to working conditions or new policies relating to the epidemic. As a manager, I

would see to it that I efficiently communicated with every employee using a variety of channels,

including online meetings, emails, and instant messaging. Timely and clear communication

would be beneficial.

Additionally, during the epidemic, adapting is crucial for maintaining continuity and

stability in an organization. Companies must have the flexibility to adjust to shifting market

conditions, organizational structures, and consumer demands (Mendenhall et al., 2018). In order

to survive the epidemic, businesses have had to adopt new technology and methods of operation.

As a leader on a worldwide scale, I would make sure that my company is adaptable and fast to

change its course in response to new situations. This might entail the use of new technology to

promote employee cooperation and communication, flexible work hours, or remote work

arrangements.

In inconclusion, as a Global Leadership model, I would stress communication and

adaptability to support stability and continuity in my organization during a worldwide pandemic.

I feel that by following these two critical activities, my organization will be better prepared to

handle the continuing epidemic and emerge stronger on the other side.
