Over ten decades ago, children’s growth and development have been realized in higher

growth rate. Human life especially children have grown so much faster and taller hence earlier

maturities. Scholars and researchers have transparently linked this kind of faster growth rate to

immense changes on improved human foods and modernization in general.

 Environmental aspects-due to rapid industrialization that is currently happening globally,

environment has been polluted and polarized due to industrial wastes that turned

hazardously on human behavior. This chemicals that are remitted has affected the

hormonal circles thus disrupt endocrine systems in humans’ especially young growing

children. Researchers have employed great case studies in determining this underlying

factors that has hindered timing of puberty and fertilization.

 Stress- recent studies and publications have revealed that domestic misunderstanding and

conflicts have greatly contributed to immense change in puberty in relation to young

girls. Poor parenting styles is discovered to be at the front line to this subject matter. You

realize that depressed girls will receive their puberty at earlier stages unlike girls with

sober and an undisputable families. (Salynn Boyles,2007)

 The genetic aspects-based on clinical researchers, this component has greatly contributed

due to phenotypic traits that arise from distinct and multiple reactions. This limits the rate

of variance in evolution and structuring various selection such as sexual, natural and

artificial.

Growth and development is transitional where a child goes through several biological

processes to adulthood. This developmental changes results to physical, emotional and

psychological development. The rate of thinking is sequential, for this case, children

respond slowly in thinking about possibilities by asking themselves questions through

performing their own news ideas. As growth goes further, children tend to thing in a

better way by making comparisons by thinking the processes of thinking itself.

Technology has proved to be best mastery in providing knowledge and diversification of

resources to all internet users globally. Notwithstanding all challenges that come along

with it, schools around the globe use technology in various ways to systematically

analyze and provide best responses to specific questions. The following are some of the

current roles of technology on students’ sense of interconnectedness:

i. Use of outside resources. Teachers employ various technological aspects to

provide best unit resources through incorporating several scholarly articles and

proven research topics to teach and give the best knowledge to the students.

ii. Accomplishing complex assignments. Internet provide best remedies to complex

tasks that require broad research. This is realized through citing and going

through several case studies.

iii. Technical skills. Through internet, even a student of a lower grade will experience

best skills through internet software. This knowledge acquisition will expose

students to the world of work by understanding various computing skills.

The application of technology has become inevitable in almost every aspect of life in

ensuring efficiency and reliability. The introduction of technology especially in schools comes

with a myriad of challenges because it involves the young people who are very likely going to

misuse it. Therefore, safe, ethical and responsible use of technology is very important. (Lindsay

Mattison, 2018)

 Providing guidelines on the responsible use of technology: Students should be taught to

be responsible when using different technologies. This is necessary because without

guiding them, students are likely to be misled by their peers, become victims of

cyberbullying and overuse it as it is addictive.

 Safe online interaction: Students should be encouraged to share their different sites that

they visit as it enables their teachers to learn from them. This informs the set of

guidelines and boundaries to be set for safe online interactions

 Respect Copyright laws: Students should be made aware of the implications of improper

use of copyright content. They should be taught of the rules of using and sharing

copyright material by recognizing the original producer of the content.

 Avoid Cyberbullying: Emphasize should be put on kindness. Students should to other

online users as they would be on real life. They should be told on the negative

psychological effects that cyberbullying would have on people.

 Respect for Privacy: As a safety measure, students should be taught to respect people’s

privacy so that in case they come into contact with audios or videos that is not theirs, they

cannot open it or just delete it. This is because such may be inappropriate content for

them.
8

 Safe sites for appropriate learning and research: It is prudent for the teaching fraternity to

explore safe sites that contain accurate information and advice their students to be using

them for their research. Coming up with a list of approved sites will help students in

getting trusted content
