university. Write a letter to the university officer requesting information about the

Dear Madam,
I am writing to ask if you so kind to give me some information about the course of
your university after reading my letter. I have been searching for the course for
three months but there is no one that matches my ability. Luckily I found the
course at your university and wanted to sign up after seeing it on the website.
I had planned to learn a lot of things after entering the university that I wanted.
But in order to develop my self in many different directions, I turned to Business
Administration and Business English to learn more and direct myself to a more
appropriate career in the future. I wonder when will my course start? I heard the
course will start in Febuary next year. If so, it is so lucky that the course started
according to my wishes. I would also like to ask questions about the cost and
schedule of the course as well as the teachers after I signed up. Will the teachers be
enthusiastic and dedicated to their subject? Furthermore, with my educaton level, I
want to be placed in a class that suitable to my ablity so that can develop my
communication skills as well as take advantages of the knowledge I have learned
to apply in my life. I would be most gratefull If you could agree with my request to
study he course in your university. With the desire to participate in Business
English course to win the school’s scholarship, I can mprove my education, catch
up with the current trend of globalzation more. Not only that, if you and your
university accept to provide me with that course, you can train me to become a
CEO of a large corporation with a bright future.
I hope that my request will not inconvenience you too much and I look forward to
receiving your reply as soon as possible !
