RULES AND REGULATIONS INSIDE THE FACULTY ROOM

AUTHORIZED ACCESS:
Only faculty members with proper identification are allowed to enter the faculty room. Unauthorized
individuals, including students, are strictly prohibited from entering.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT:
Always maintain a professional and respectful attitude while inside the faculty room. Treat everyone with
courtesy and professionalism.

CONFIDENTIALITY:
Respect the confidentiality of sensitive information discussed within the faculty room. Avoid sharing
confidential matters with unauthorized individuals or discussing sensitive information in public spaces.

CLEANLINESS AND ORDER:


Keep the faculty room clean and organized. Dispose trash properly in designated bins and return any
borrowed items to their designated places after use. Clean up after yourself and encourage others to do
the same.

PERSONAL BELONGING:
Each faculty member is responsible for their personal belongings. Avoid leaving valuable items
unattended, and do not use or borrow someone else’s belonging without permission.

NOISE AND DISTURBANCES:


Always maintain a peaceful environment in the faculty room. Avoid excessive noise, disruptive activities,
or behavior that may disturb others from working or resting in the area.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES:


Consume food and beverages only in designated areas within the faculty room. Clean up after yourself
and avoid leaving food or drink spills unattended as they may cause damage, unpleasant smell, or attract
pests.

PROPER USE OF FACILITIES:


Use the facilities and resources within the faculty room for their intended purposes. Avoid misuse or
unauthorized access to equipment, supplies, or technology that is designated for specific tasks or
individuals.

EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS:
Familiarize yourself with the emergency procedures and evacuation routes specific to the faculty room.
In case of an emergency, remain calm, follow instructions, and assist others if necessary.

COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION:


Encourage a culture of open communication, collaboration, and support among faculty members. Foster
a positive environment where ideas, concerns, and feedback can be shared respectfully.
