Notice to all Persons claiming to act for or on behalf

Regarding: annexed Direction to Abate Case No. 23 CCR 02924 and Quash all
“CHARGES” and the “ARREST WARRANT” issued by alleged magistrate JOHN
MISHCTIAN in the private, for-profit, commercial tribunal, i.e., “BELL COUNTY
COURT AT LAW 2 (and all d.b.a.’s) .

The Undersigned comes in peace as one of the American People of the constitutional
Republic, The united States of America, i.e., as a constituent Member of the American
Body Sovereign; and, not as a United States citizen or person.

and without the United States, that the foregoing is true, correct and materially
